Return and Refund Policy

This website is a private, non-commercial showcase for the occasional sale of Magic: The Gathering cards from my personal collection. As such, transactions are made between private individuals, and not within the framework of a professional or commercial business.

1. Return Policy

All sales are considered final, unless:

• The card received is significantly different from the description provided.

• The card arrives damaged, due to improper packaging on my part.

If any of the above conditions apply, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss the issue and possible solutions.

Please note:

• No returns will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind or subjective assessment of card condition, unless grossly misrepresented.

• The buyer is responsible for returning the item in its original condition, securely packaged.

• Shipping costs for returns are not refundable, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after the returned card is received and inspected. If the return is approved, you will be refunded using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

Partial refunds may be offered in specific situations (e.g., minor issues not affecting playability or collectability), upon mutual agreement.
